I'm Crystal Lyons, a Holistic Postpartum Doula in Santa Cruz, CA lovingly supporting mothers, babies & families for over 25 years.

I provide integrative care for women, focusing on the tender first weeks after birth. Rooted in traditional wisdom and practices from around the world, my work honors birth as a sacred, transformative journey to be nurtured with reverence. My approach blends hands-on support for recovery, nourishment, and rest with education on newborn care, breastfeeding, and physical & emotional healing. I support the whole family in adjusting to life with a newborn, creating space for bonding and self-assurance as you grow into this new chapter together.

 

As a homebirthing mother of three, I bring genuine compassion and calm confidence to my work, helping families begin their parenting journey with peace and ease. I serve Santa Cruz, Monterey, and Santa Clara counties in person, and offer virtual support worldwide.
